- My current background relevant to Intelligent Buildings is little to none, but I hope to expand my knowledge base with this course and interactions my classmates.
Expectations for the class
- I expect to learn about the different technologies and programs that comprised intelligent building systems, such as BIM, database, sensor, manufacturing, and robotics systems, and how they are implemented into the building system itself.
Initial definition of “Intelligent Building”
- I define an "Intelligent Building" as a building that utilizes technologically advanced systems to enhance the safety and comfort levels of its occupants.
