Term Project:
For this project, I feel that it would be extremely beneficial to work in groups. By working in groups you get multiple opinions on a certain topic that will hopefully be able to sort out the better ideas from the not-so-good ones.
Our group (Andrew Paladino, Stephen Bartal, and myself as well as anyone who is interested in joining us) would like to research the following topic/ideas:
Pick a time frame in the not-too-distant future and a particular building type. Compare the current state of the art building of that type and what it might be with more 'intelligent' features throughout its lifespan.
Essentially it would be researching into what we believe will become the norm in the building world in the future focused around one building type.
